EPSON GT-S620がUbuntu 18.10で認識されない。

0. 今までと同じようにImageScan! for Linux+ドライバをインストールしても接続できない。
「スキャナにコマンドを転送できません。スキャナの状態を確認してください。」
まずは、原因を探ってみる、参考は次。

1. 正常に動作しているdebian 9では次の通り。
$ lsusb
Bus 002 Device 002: ID 04b8:0131 Seiko Epson Corp. GT-F720 [GT-S620/Perfection V30/V300 Photo]
$ scanimage -L
device `epkowa:interpreter:002:002′ is a Epson GT-S620 flatbed scanner
と認識されている。
2. 問題のUbuntu 18.10では、
$ lsusb
Bus 002 Device 005: ID 04b8:0131 Seiko Epson Corp. GT-F720 [GT-S620/Perfection V30/V300 Photo]
$ scanimage -L
No scanners were identified. If you were expecting something different,
check that the scanner is plugged in, turned on and detected by the
sane-find-scanner tool (if appropriate). Please read the documentation
which came with this software (README, FAQ, manpages).
ということで、saneのドライバが無いのかな？
3. googleってみると次で解決できました。
Epson GT-S50 scanner not working after upgrade to 18.04 from 16.04
$ scanimage -L
device `epkowa:interpreter:002:005′ is a Epson GT-S620 flatbed scanner
認識されているようです。
ImageScan! for Linuxでも正常に接続できました。
