Can’t encode mp3

環境：Ubuntu Gnome 13.10 + Gnome 3.10.1
現象：VLC, DownLoadHelper on Firefox でmp3にencodeできない。
ffmpeg はインストール済み
対処：
> sudo apt-get install libavcodec-extra-53
